If you are considering applying for a Maintenance Order from the District Court for your child(ren) you will, in most districts, need to bring a summons to the District Court to be signed and a date allocated for the Maintenance hearing.*
As the majority of Court Offices now require appointments they also now require that you bring the necessary completed paperwork to the Court Office. There are a very small number of Court Offices that will assist you in printing and filling out the paperwork in their office.
